HOUSE-TO-HOUSE SELLING SCAM

One way of selling goods is through house-to-house selling. It is also one way to generate additional income. There were traders knocking at your door whose intention was different from what he is selling. He sold merchandize that at first glance invites your interest. The guy looks business-like with handsome face. He was friendly and always gives that penetrating smile that attracted anyone who intends to buy the merchandise. He is charmingly good in talking.
He possessed convincing power hard for the buyer to say no. He is very persuasive and gives an intimidating smile. His boyish look and expertise in winning attention makes the buyer to say yes without any idea that it is only part of his bigger plan. The low price of the beautiful goods is hard to refuse.
The buyer has the goods to be paid in cash. A handsome price for the seller to gain something from the items sold. It’s too late for the buyer to realize that the good sold was a fake one -an imitation that has no value at all.  It is just a piece of scrap under the veil of stunning look. The buyer no longer found the seller. He can’t contact him because he did not give his address or the number of his mobile phone. The money was easily gone without too much effort for the seller to scam the poor guy.
Protection from house-to-house selling scam:
-As your information, ask his identification like valid ID’s that will tell him what he is and other personal details before admitting him inside your house.
-Don’t be fooled with his smile. There may be something hidden inside.
-Don’t immediately agree to the best deal (discounted price or 50% off) to the merchandise he offered to you.
-Ask yourself with suspicion how he can afford to give the deals (lowest price) to a merchandize your believed has higher value in your eyes.
-If you are really willing to have the item, seek the help of your friends or neighbors near you to see the item so that he can give his opinion the way he look to the item for sale. If your neighbor has doubts then say no. Two heads is better than one. If you both agree and then failed nothing to sorry about at least you tried.
-If you firmly say no, no need for him to visit you again. Talk to him nicely. If he insisted you have the right to say him go.
-It is your utmost security not to receive or entertain seller during the night.  He has other intention beside from selling merchandise.
-It is better if you just buy anything you like in reputable merchandise store to make your choice. What’s the use of buying it in lowest price if it’s useless and have no value because it is a fake one?
